Setting up terms & conditions

When a customer makes a booking they are entering into a contract with the establishment. They therefore need to understand the terms and conditions of that establishment.

You can input your own terms and conditions using guestlink online. We have templates that you can adapt, or you can put in your own conditions from scratch. To enter your T&Cs simply log on to guestlink onlineand choose Terms and Conditions from the Administration menu.

If you are taking request bookings to indicated availability we will either display your own terms and conditions as above, or the general terms and conditions of the provider of the website, ie the tourist board or other tourism association.
