Publishing options

Guestlink online integrates fully with the overall DMS system (local authority tourism system). The information contained in the system can be published many times to many different places, in different formats. You need to be able to check the publishing options you have subscribed to in order to ensure that your business is being published in the best way.

When you log on to guestlink online, the businesses you have registered display on the right. You can click on one and then choose 'View Publishing' from the menu.

This displays a clickable list of all the websites where your business details show. If you click on any of them they show you what the advert actually looks like to the customer.

You can also see which options you have subscribed to - there is detail about what is shown on your entry, what order properties are shown in, what booking method you have chosen etc.

Contact details for each publishing channel are shown on this page, so if you think your entry is not right, or you want to upgrade your entry, you can contact the right person at the right organisation immediately.
