Updating prices

Correct pricing is essential in order to achieve accurate bookings and happy customers!

You can choose to have fixed prices for each room or unit, or prices that change over time - tariffs. Once you have set up a tariff, you can copy it to each of the appropriate room, unit or stock types. And for tariffs that share similarities, you can copy a tariff and edit the differences, before saving to particular rooms or units.

For serviced properties you can create weekend prices, short stays and minimum stays (including no one night Saturdays) and for self-catering you can create short breaks.

You can also use the pricing notes to explain what supplements or discounts might apply to single occupancy, groups, children etc., in order to give your customers more detail.
