Making bookings

Of all the things you have to do in a day, making bookings is one of the most important. We know just how essential it is to be able to do it quickly, easily and accurately. So we have built in lots of really useful calculations and shortcuts.

As well as being able to book multiple rooms across different dates for one booking, and being able to drag and drop bookings to different rooms or dates, when you make a booking in guestlink desktop it automatically calculates the correct prices - but you can always override the calculation just by typing in the amounts you want!

You can record extras by the person, room or stay and you can record discounts as well. There is plenty of space to type in any individual notes and instructions that you wish to appear on the booking form. You can make a note of deposits paid and you can generate bills and registration cards just by clicking a button!
