The guestbook is where all of your guest and enquirer details are stored. These may be details you have entered directly when making a booking, or details that have been automatically passed into guestlink desktop from bookings or enquiries made on your website or other websites you advertise on, or from the tourist information centre.

You can enter as much or as little information as you want about your guests. As well as the usual name, address and booking details you would enter, you can also record things about your guests' interests and preferences, and about where they found out about you. This can really help you keep track of how successful your advertising is. (This will be automatically recorded if an online booking or tourist information centre booking is made.)
