The daybook is the main screen in guestlink desktop and is laid out like a diary. You can look ahead (or back) as far as you like to see all of your availability at a glance. You can view and amend bookings and enter guest and enquirer details. It is very simple to use and very flexible: bookings can involve several rooms and breaks in the dates and you can change bookings with ease - simply drag and drop them.

Having the daybook open on your screen is like having your diary open on your desk but it lets you do so much more! Whenever you enter or change a booking in the daybook, it automatically updates your online details so your website adverts and the tourist information centres know exactly what is available.
