Updating details

If you use guestlink desktop, any changes you make there are automatically reflected on the guestlink web-booking pages of your website.

If you do not have guestlink desktop you can use guestlink online. By visiting www.guestlink.co.uk and entering your contact id and password you can see all the information held about your business in the system. This allows you to easily change your availability, prices, contact details and the method we use to notify you when you receive a booking or enquiry.

Updating availability using guestlink online

You can also choose whether to take full online bookings or request online bookings. If you choose full online booking you will need to make sure that the availability you put into guestlink online is allocated availability. In other words, if you want to make a booking to rooms or units, which are showing as available, you will need to change the availbility first - just in case a customer is trying to book the same rooms online when you are booking them yourself!
