Receiving BookingsWhen a customer makes a booking or an enquiry through your online booking pages you will know straightaway. If you use guestlink desktop, the booking will be downloaded and you can view it in the Daybook and the customer details will be shown in the Guestbook. You can then confirm the details with the customer and send a "Welcome" email or letter. ![]() If you do not use guestlink desktop then you will be notified immediately by fax or email -whichever contact method you have chosen as your preference. The fax or email will notify you of initial booking details i.e. who has made the booking and when it has been made for, but it will not give you the full details for security reasons. As soon as a booking is made you can see the full details in guestlink online by logging onto www.guestlink.co.uk with your contact id and password. By clicking on the bookings option you can view all of your bookings and enquiries. Click on one and you can view the full details. ![]() To view credit card details you will need to provide an additional password, set by phone for security. |
