Why set up Direct Debit?
To use the online signup you must first set up a direct debit, this can be amended at any time but canceling it will stop your subscriptions.
If you have multiple properties, make sure you select the right property before signing up. You can change options within the first two weeks of subscription without any charge.
Direct Debits can now be set up on-line in addition to the original postal method. All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your Bank or Building Society, with a copy to us.
How do I set it up?
Step 1: Log on to your Guestlink account
Step 2: Select the Welcome tab
Step 3: Click on the Online Signup tab
Step 4: Click on Setup Direct Debit
Step 5: Read the Direct Debit signup information and click Proceed
Step 6: Fill in the Direct Debit form and click Signup
Step 7: Check your details are correct and tick the box to confirm that you accept that payment will be collected by new vision and click Confirm
Step 8: Click Confirm Direct Debit
Step 9: Read your confirmation of Direct Debit signup
Step 10: Click on the Options List button to signup for our Guestlink + Products
