What is Guestlink + Affiliates and how do I sign up?
Guestlink + Affiliates gives your property the opportunity to appear on Overnighter, Roomcheck and other local and national websites.
The Overnighter websites are accommodation sections on the website of your local attractions and venues. Appearing on these websites opens up your accommodation to a different audience of visitors, encouraging attraction visitors to book your property and extend their stay.
Joining Guestlink + Affiliates also gives you a Standard entry on www.roomcheck.co.uk - our national website offering great places to stay and discover.
There is no upfront fee for joining Guestlink + Affiliates, you just pay 10% of booking value after checkout.
Note: You must have a Direct Debit set up before you may signup for Guestlink + Affiliates. If you do not have a Direct Debit set up then please refer to How do I set up a Direct Debit?
By signing up to affiliates you are auto-published to overnighters and affiliate channels in your area to gain access to as many channels as possible and increase booking catchment. If you wish to be unpublished from any of these channels you can adjust settings.
To join:
Step 1: Logon to your Guestlink account.
Step 2: Go to Welcome > Online Signup
Step 3: Select GL + Affilates by clicking on the green tick at the end of the row
Step 4: Tick you have read the Terms and Conditions
Step 6: Click to select the Pay-as-you-go signup option
Step 7: Click Confirm
Step 8: A message shows that your signup was successful and you will receive an email confirmation.
Note: By signing up to affiliates you are auto-published to overnighters and affiliate channels in your area to gain access to as many channels as possible and increase booking catchment. If you wish to be unpublished from any of these channels visit My Channel > Details (of selected channel). You will be taken to the View Channels page. Scroll down to Control Publication and ensure the tickbox is enabled to block the publication. Update Option to save setting.
